Andrzej Masianis was born in 1974 in Pila. He graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Bydgoszcz. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He received his diploma in 1999. He works in painting, drawing and printmaking. In 1996 he received a scholarship from the Tadeusz Kulisiewicz Foundation. In 1998 he received the second prize at the National Biennial of Drawing of Artistic Universities in Katowice. Participant in a series of exhibitions entitled "Final Judgment" organized by Test, Pokaz, Studio, Kordegarda and Academia Theater galleries in Warsaw. In 2001, he was awarded the prize of the Mayor of Toruń in the Work of the Year competition.
