A World War II propaganda newspaper entitled "Vraliszer Trabatkher," the title of which is parodic and satirical in nature. The magazine served a satirical-propaganda function, aiming to ridicule the German army, its commanders and demoralize the enemy. It featured short articles and humorous illustrations maintained in an ironic tone, referring to the situation on the fronts of the partisan war, new types of German armaments, reports from occupied Poland and caricatured depictions of German soldiers and officers.
