Biography
Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in the studios of Teodor Axentowicz and Wojciech Weiss. He continued his studies at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Hamburg and in Paris. During the interwar period, he worked on the decoration of the synagogue in his hometown of Bedzin. He was a member of the Association of Jewish Painters and Sculptors in Cracow. During the war he was in the Będzin ghetto and in the Auschwitz camp. He committed suicide in 1945 in the Mauthausen camp.
