Obverse: in the rim a royal bust wearing a crown, armor and cloak, with the Order of the Golden Fleece, to the right, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the Ślepowron coat of arms:

Reverse: in the rim crowned two, slightly curved shields of arms with the coats of arms of the Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, under the crown the denomination mark VI, below, the initials G B-A punctuated by the Coat of Arms of the Vasa dynasty in the shield of arms, in the outer rim the legend:
