Filip Gruszczyński was born on May 29, 1978, in Warsaw. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, earning his degree in 2004. From an early age, he was interested in drawing and painting, consistently developing his artistic passion.

Since 2010, he has participated in Young and New Art auctions organized by the auction houses Polswiss Art, Desa Unicum, Sopot Auction House, Rempex, and Agra Art. In 2011, he took part in a multifaceted event organized by the Rempex auction house during Museum Night in Warsaw, and he also presented his works at the Dorum Art Gallery.

The artist has held numerous solo exhibitions, including at the Artbem Bemowo Center (2009, 2010), the Tamika Center (2012), and Agora (2017). In 2015, his works were featured in the group exhibition *Japanese Inspirations* at the Japanese Embassy. In April 2019, he participated in the Art Spring Show art fair in Barcelona, presenting his works at the Art Nou Mil·lenni gallery. In May 2019, he also presented them at a solo exhibition titled “Endemic Size,” organized during Museum Night at the Center for the Promotion of Culture in Warsaw’s Praga district.

In May 2023, his solo exhibition took place at the Nerlish Gallery in Hamburg, organized as part of the “Night of Consulates in Hamburg” celebrations at the residence of the Consul General of the Republic of Poland. In June 2023, the artist presented his works at the De Weryha Gallery in Hamburg and also participated in the first edition of ART SHOW at the Norblin Factory in Warsaw.

Filip Gruszczyński’s paintings are part of numerous private collections in Poland and abroad, including in Belgium, Germany, Japan, Spain, Sweden, and South Africa.

Gruszczyński is regarded as an artist full of passion and positive energy, drawing inspiration from the richness of culture, history, mythology, and literature. His vast and highly evocative imagination remains the primary source of inspiration for his work.
