Contains many useful tricks, such as: overthrowing the opponent with a twist of the inside of the hand against the shoulder, shoving the leg up and pushing the chin; stunning the opponent with a grab under the throat and a knee strike to the loins; overthrowing the opponent with a grip on the big toe; freeing oneself from the opponent and stunning him with a grip on the occiput and a blow to the face with the head; throwing the opponent off a chair and overpowering him on the ground.
