Miniature of the Cross of Virtuti Militari in the shape of a four-armed cross, each of the four arms on the corners ended with balls, on the obverse of the arms horizontally the inscription VIRT - TUTI, vertically MILI - TARI, the inscriptions covered with black enamel, in the middle a round gold shield in which was inscribed a white eagle with a crown and regalia in paws, around the eagle a laurel wreath. The reverse shows a circular shield in the middle, with a wreath in it and the inscription "Honor and Fatherland" below inscribed with the date 1792. Mounted on a nut.
