Biography
The artist graduated with a degree in Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. His practice encompasses furniture and interior design as well as painting. In his work, Szpunar experiments with geometry, rendering his figures in acrylic paint on canvas and paper. The artist has received numerous awards, including in the Dobry Wzór, International Furniture Design Award (Asahikawa), Make me!, and Must Have competitions. His designs have been presented at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in Berlin, Milan, London, New York, Hong Kong, and Japan.
