Barbara CZERWIÑSKA (b. 1954)
Studied at the Faculty of Painting and Graphics of the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in Lodz. Diploma in 1982. Creative activity in painting, graphic design and interior architecture. Has had 5 solo exhibitions and participated in many group and post-competition exhibitions.
She prefers representational painting with a tinge of realism, as well as magic realism leaning towards surrealism. The artist paints in thematic series, which have different time limits, and the effect of creative work is several to a dozen paintings in a series. For example, "Lodz", "Birds and Fish", "Interiors", "The Art of Passing Time", "Saint Tropez", "Four Seasons".
