Anna Szprynger (b. 1982), Untitled, 2013

Studied printmaking and painting at the College of Fine Arts in Kazimierz Dolny and at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. She received her diploma with honors under the guidance of Professors Tomasz Zawadzki and Grzegorz Dobieslaw Mazurek. In 2014, she defended her doctoral thesis at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, under the direction of Professor Dorota Grynczel. She has had 20 solo exhibitions, including at Galerie Lindner in Vienna (2017), the National Museum in Gdansk (2014), EL Gallery in Elblag (2014), and the State Art Gallery in Sopot (2012). She has participated in more than 40 group exhibitions. In 2013 she was awarded the Prix Marin at the Paris Salon Réalités Nouvelles and in 2015 she received the Arteon Prize for 2014.
