Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz (now the Academy of Fine Arts), where he received his diploma in 1976 (graphic design and printing). He studied painting in the first and second year in the studio of Professor Marian Jaeschke (assistant Ryszard Hunger), and drawing with Professor Benon Liberski. In the third year, painting with Juliusz Narzynski, and printmaking with Leszek Rózga; in the fourth and fifth years, painting with Professor Stanislaw Fijalkowski and printmaking in intaglio technique with Leszek Rózga. He is involved in graphic design, drawing, easel painting, posters and exhibitions. His works are in state and private collections.
