Biography
He is a graduate of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Katowice branch. In 2000, he received his diploma from the Department of Graphic Design and Painting in the studio of Andrzej S. Kowalski and Ireneusz Walczak. He has participated in group exhibitions and competitions. His works are held in private collections both in Poland and abroad. The artist’s style can be described as dreamlike pointillism. The artist’s interests revolve around the theme of landscape, with water as the central motif—presented in its gentlest, most soothing form, yet not without an element of mystery. The artist depicts spaces one can enter safely and freely—filled with soothing, rippling air and shimmering depths. Adam Wojciechowski’s paintings become gateways to these extraordinary places, allowing viewers to immerse themselves in their world, to rest, and even to escape.
