Banknotes issued by the Reichskreditkassen, for use in territories occupied by the German Reich. Reichskreditkassen notes were the first money introduced by the occupation forces in the occupied territories of Poland and later the so-called General Government. Initially in circulation in Poland, later also in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, Norway, Denmark, Greece Yugoslavia and the Reichskreditkassen Commissariats Ostland and Ukraine (partially covering the Polish eastern borderlands)
