Obverse: a cross with rays between the arms; on the arms, the inscription “ZA POLSKĘ 1918 1919” and the initials “JH”; superimposed on the cross is an eagle perched on a globe bearing the inscription “NA/PÓŁNOCY”;
The item is in good condition.
