Sweden, 4th quarter of the 18th century.
Supported on three legs - spheres, cylindrical, with massive c-shaped ear, at the bottom ending in a volute, the lid slightly exalted, flattened from the top; on the mantle engraved vedutas with staffage framed by arcades, separated by fragments of the facade decorated with vases with flowers and festoons. On the lid a genre scene with figures of horsemen and the couple bidding them farewell, with city buildings in the background. The figures are in 18th century costumes.
