"The Act of February 4, 1921 on the Establishment of the Order of 'Polonia Restituta'," supplemented by an amendment of April 28, 1922 (Dz.U.R.P. No. 31 item 255). The document was printed on a single sheet of paper in approximately A4 size and contains the full text of the law defining the rules for the awarding of the Order of Polonia Restituta, one of the highest state awards of the Second Republic. The law describes the purpose of establishing the order, its appearance, ranks and criteria for awarding the decoration to both Polish citizens and foreigners. It also indicates that the Head of State serves as Grand Master of the order, and its awarding is managed by the Chapter of the Order of Polonia Restituta. At the bottom of the print is the signature "Syg. 246. 26. XI. 20. 200. I." and the printer's designation "Druk. Państwowa w Białymstoku." Piece is preserved in good condition, with minor traces of folds and yellowing of paper typical of early 20th century printing.
Overall condition as in the photos.
