A variant featuring the IOA CASI legend and dots next to the denomination.

Obverse: a royal bust in armor, with a protruding lace collar, wearing a cloak fastened with a rosette-shaped jewel set within an inner pearl border; the outer border features the legend separated by the initials T.L.B:

Reverse: beneath the grand ducal miter, the Pogoń emblem within a pearl border; below it, the denomination •VI•; beneath that, a heraldic shield bearing the Kryszpin coat of arms; in the outer border, the inscription:
