Crowned bust facing right on obverse.
On the reverse a crowned shield of the coat of arms. Under the shield the denomination marking 18 and initials E - C (Ernest Dietrich Croll - mincmaster of the Leipzig mint).
A small bust with a plain ribbon of the Order of the Golden Fleece.
Crown fields of the obverse and reverse vertically ribbed with suspensions in the central fields on the obverse and without suspensions on the reverse.
Brooch oval plain, without a dot below.
Reverse variant with eight leaves.
Punctuation variant without a dot ending the obverse inscription on the obverse and with a dot after the date.

Slightly floureshed top parts of obverse, otherwise coin unchallenged. Deep, plastic relief. Beautiful detail. Intense luster and mint mirror. In this state of preservation, the coin is rare and quite difficult to find on the collector market. A beautiful piece for discerning collectors.
