*Our History Over the Last Hundred Years* (1895) by Stanisław Tarnowski is a classic work of Polish historiography that offers a conservative and reflective overview of Polish history from the Kościuszko Uprising to the end of the 19th century.
Tarnowski, a leading representative of the Stańczyki (Krakow conservatives) and a professor at Jagiellonian University, used this book to present a popular account of the fate of a nation under partition.
The edition was published in Kraków in 1895 by the Polish Publishing Society. This edition was later reprinted (especially in 1896 and 1901) and sometimes appeared under the title *Our History in the 19th Century*; it is characterized by a wealth of illustrations—approximately 90 engravings and paintings.
