First edition. debut volume of poems by Stanislaw Piętak (1909-1964), poet and prose writer, representative of the peasant trend in Polish interwar literature, associated for some time with the Cracow avant-garde and a group of poets from the circle of Czechowicz, among others. He died by suicide. Piece autographed and dedicated by the author to poet Tadeusz Jęczalik.
