Jadwiga Gaszczyńska studied in Munich, Paris, and, from 1906, in Warsaw. She exhibited, among other places, at Zachęta, beginning in 1907. Nearly the artist’s entire body of work was destroyed in a fire during the Warsaw Uprising;
